I built this because I needed it first.
Hi — I'm Alex. I've been coaching for the better part of a decade, first in a busy city gym, then online with clients across four time zones. Somewhere between the programming and the check-ins, I started calling myself a marketer too. Badly.
For two years I posted the way most coaches post: reactively. A reel on Monday because I felt guilty. A story on Wednesday because someone slid into my DMs. A long caption on Sunday night with a photo of my breakfast and a hope that the algorithm would be kind. It wasn't.
The turning point wasn't a viral post. It was a spreadsheet. I mapped every piece of content I'd made across ninety days and asked one question of each row: what job is this doing? Awareness, trust, or conversion? Most of it did none. That was the day Method started.
I rebuilt the way I posted from scratch — as a calm, funnel-mapped rhythm instead of a Sunday-night scramble. My roster filled inside a quarter, and for the first time in years I stopped resenting my phone. Coaches I trained with started asking what I was doing differently. Method is the honest answer.
It's not a course. It's not a hustle. It's the system I wish someone had handed me when I first went online — coach to coach, no hype, no neon.
— Alex
